Having had multiple healthcare businesses, it became apparent to me when I was relying on one particular contract. For example, I had stuck with one contract, which was the Domiciliary Care Contract. I held 4 contracts which were governmental contracts and had over 150 staff members doing home care, plus I also was registered to provide nursing agency services in the community.  

Running a team of healthcare workers, and nursing staff was not easy, to say the least. But I loved to serve and provide a high standard of care to vulnerable service users. 

Placing staff for 15 minutes, thirty minutes, 1 hour, and 24-hour care can be daunting, to say the least, however, I did this because it was my passion. 

Although I was at a million a year turnover, I knew it was my duty being a director to increase the company.

I then decided to apply for NHS, HM Prison, and Care Home contracts. I set up multiple healthcare businesses, from Care Homes, Supported living, children’s homes, mother-baby units, etc. All in the space of 20 years, therefore I am able to coach and mentor entrepreneurs and care providers.
